1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that may be stored on the user’s device while browsing a website.
Cookies and similar technologies may be used for technical, statistical, personalisation or profiling purposes.
2. Current website configuration
In the current configuration of the Secur e Service website, no profiling cookies, advertising cookies or web analytics tools intended to track user behaviour are used.
The website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or similar profiling tools in its current configuration.
3. Technical tools
WordPress and the browser may use technical mechanisms necessary for the correct display and operation of the website.
In particular, technical checks identified the use of the sessionStorage item “wpEmojiSettingsSupports”, used by WordPress to verify the browser’s support for emoji features. This item is not a profiling cookie and is not used to track user behaviour.
4. Technical cookies
If cookies strictly necessary for the operation, security or delivery of a function requested by the user are used, such cookies do not require prior consent, without prejudice to the obligation to inform the user.
5. Profiling cookies and consent
As of the date of the latest update, the website does not use profiling cookies or other tracking technologies that require the user’s prior consent.
For this reason, a cookie consent banner is not currently displayed.
6. External services
The website may contain links to external services, such as WhatsApp. A simple link does not cause this website to install cookies belonging to the external service.
When the user chooses to open an external service, the processing of data and any use of cookies are governed by the privacy notices and settings of the relevant provider.
7. Future changes
If analytics tools, embedded content, maps, videos, advertising systems, reCAPTCHA or other services capable of using cookies or non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and, where required, a prior consent management system will be implemented.
8. Managing cookies through the browser
Users can manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Disabling any technical cookies that are necessary may, however, impair some website functionality.
